DRAFT set, pulled together from everything we've covered so far. Swap in Cait's real answers and any questions she actually gets asked before this goes live.

getting started
What happens in my first session? +
Your first session is a 1-hour consultation. We'll talk through your history, what's going on day to day, and what you're hoping changes. From there, we build a plan together, and you'll leave with a clear sense of next steps.
How long are follow-up sessions? +
Follow-up sessions run 45 minutes. They build on your plan, track progress, and keep momentum between visits.
Do I need any equipment for a virtual session? +
DRAFT: [placeholder for whatever Cait actually requires, e.g., a quiet private space, a device with a camera, a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, etc.]
payment & insurance
Do you accept insurance? +
Flora is currently private-pay. After each session, you'll receive a superbill, an itemized receipt with the codes your insurer needs, which you can submit yourself for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, so it's worth checking with your insurer directly.
What does a session cost? +

What's your cancellation policy? +

telehealth logistics
Is virtual pelvic health therapy actually effective? +
Yes. A lot of pelvic floor work is education, guided movement, and body awareness, all of which translate well to a virtual setting. You're also practicing in the space you'll actually use day to day, which can make it easier to build the habit.
What states can I book from? +
DRAFT: [placeholder, this depends on Cait's active licensure, confirm before publishing]
Is my session private and confidential? +
Yes. Sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, and everything discussed is kept confidential.
is this right for me
I'm not sure if what I'm dealing with is "bad enough" to need therapy. Should I still book? +
If something feels off, it's worth talking about. A lot of people wait years thinking their symptoms are just normal. The consultation is a low-pressure way to find out what's actually going on.
How many sessions will I need? +
It depends entirely on what you're working on. Some people need a handful of sessions, others benefit from ongoing care. We'll talk through a realistic plan together after your first visit.
