what we offer

Services built around your body, not a generic plan.

Every session is one-on-one and virtual. Here's a closer look at what Flora treats and how care actually unfolds.

postpartum recovery

Rebuilding strength after birth

Your body did something enormous, and recovery deserves more guidance than "just give it six weeks." Postpartum sessions focus on rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength, addressing pain or heaviness, and helping you return to the movement and activity you actually want back, at a pace that fits your healing.

This works whether you're a few weeks out or a few years out. It's never too late to address something that's been sitting unaddressed since delivery.

pelvic pain

Pain that's been dismissed before

Pain with sitting, intimacy, exercise, or everyday movement is common, but common doesn't mean it has to stay that way. Sessions start with understanding where the pain shows up and why, then move into hands-on and guided work to calm and retrain the muscles involved.

If you've been told this is "just something you'll have to live with," this is a chance for a second opinion that actually digs in.

bladder issues

Leaking, urgency, and frequency

Leaking when you sneeze, laugh, or run isn't something you have to plan your life around. Bladder-focused sessions look at pelvic floor coordination, habits, and triggers, and build a plan to reduce or resolve symptoms that have often been written off as "normal."

core & diastasis recti

Restoring real core function

Diastasis recti, the separation of your abdominal muscles during pregnancy, is common and treatable. Sessions focus on rebuilding coordinated core strength rather than just "closing the gap," so your midsection functions well for the activities you care about, not just how it looks.

prolapse support

Conservative, non-surgical management

A prolapse diagnosis can feel alarming, but conservative management is often effective and is always worth trying first. Sessions focus on pelvic floor strength, pressure management, and practical daily strategies to reduce symptoms and support long-term pelvic health.

pre-pregnancy prep

Preparing your body ahead of time

Just as postpartum recovery deserves attention, so does preparing for pregnancy and delivery in the first place. Sessions cover pelvic floor coordination, breathing and bracing strategies, and body awareness that can make pregnancy, birth, and recovery smoother.
